Our ZoomRPM platform, for example, has a deep integration with PCC's API for bi-directional patient data synchronisation. We can assess your existing EHR and build the appropriate integration layer.

Yes. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare clients as a standard part of our engagement process. The BAA clearly defines our obligations for protecting Protected Health Information (PHI) and outlines breach notification procedures, permitted uses and disclosures, and security requirements. We also ensure our hosting providers and any sub-processors have appropriate BAAs in place.
